Group training is a fantastic way to get fit and healthy, in a positive and motivating environment. Programs are designed to be fun and engaging, whilst never losing sight of our fitness goals. Private groups are a great way to build teamwork skills, and personal training is also available for those with specific needs.
Our group sessions involve Bootcamp/Functional-Style Training and Boxing/Bodyweight programs. Bootcamp training involves using a range of different training equipment such as kegs, tyres, kettle bells, dumbbells, power ropes, medicine balls and much more. Our boxing sessions involve a lot of partner work with gloves and pads, as well as a range of traditional boxing bodyweight exercises. Programs are structured to push each person individually, but in a team environment, so that everyone is able to work within their fitness level.
